The space
A private room with a private bathroom. In-room mini bar with a refrigerator. Private iron and ironing board as well as in room TV. Clean sheets and towels to accommodate your stay. In addition there is access to a shared living room and a full kitchen with refrigerator. Work area with desk on main level. Assigned parking spot for each room.

Guest access
By renting on a singular room, guests understand that access to the other rooms is not permitted. Common areas are welcome to be shared. We ask that guests of different parties be respectful at all times to each other to ensure the most comfortable living situation.
