We are delighted to welcome you to stay in the upper king room of our two-story townhome. This is ideal for those traveling for business or going through transitional times.
The space
A private room with a private bathroom. In-room mini bar with a refrigerator. Private iron and ironing board and in room TV. Clean sheets and towels to accommodate your stay. In addition there is access to a shared living room and a full kitchen with refrigerator. Work area with desk on main level. Assigned parking spot for each room.

Additional rules:
There is a cleaning fee of $100 for any stay 60 days or less. If the stay is more than 60 days, there is a $75 monthly cleaning fee and we will send cleaners monthly to clean the home.
Pets are welcomed but guess with pets will pay $150 cleaning fee for a 60 days or less stay. If the stay is more than 60 days there is a monthly cleaning fee of $125, and the home will be cleaned monthly to ensure that our environments are always kept clean and welcoming to all guests.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel by 24 hours after booking 100% of the amount paid.
Does not apply to last-minute bookings (7 days before check-in).
